Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Update financial records
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Daily processing of tax and accounting documents.
- Perform daily processing of financial and operational transactions in the General Ledger.
- Provide the documentation and reporting for business trips, payroll.
- Preparation of financial and accounting reports/analysis/statements.
