University of Insurance and Finance, European Integration Regional Competitiveness Foundation and Sofia Municipality Guarantee Funds invite you to a two-day seminar on "Contractual planning - a new European instrument for sustainable local development, role of public - private partnerships and innovative financing (Guarantee Funds).
