Lecture by Kostadin Stoilov, "Global Organizational Behavior"
After the 16 November lecture by Ms. Michel Fedor (international marketing expert from California, USA), the Business Strategies class run by prof. Evgeni Evgeniev at the VUZF University is going to host a lecture by Kostadin Stoilov on November 23 (Friday) between 9:00 am and 12:30 am, hall 303.The topic of the lecture is “Global Organizational Behavior”, which will discuss areas, like global strategic alliances, motivation and leadership among different cultures, strategic management of international labor relations, training for global operations, among others. The lecturer will offer two case studies to the students, which will look at: a) business strategy of innovative technological business in Bulgaria, and b) business strategy for a global player.
Kostadin Stoilov has a 10-year consultancy business practice – former employee of Coca-Cola, KPMG, IBM, PwC and at present he acts as World Bank consultant and Managing Partner at Baker Tilly Klitou Consulting Services.
The lecture is for Business Strategies course students, but there are 10 available places in the hall to be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. You may register with the assistant professor Ms. Emilia Shehtova at eshehtova@vuzf.bg
