National quiz "Education of the Future- Final 2011"
On 18.03.2011 (Friday) will be held the final part of the National Quiz in English language "Education of the Future ", organizedby the" Darby Foundation" and consulting house for Education Abroad" Darby ", in partnership with the Higher School of Insurance and Finance and included in the calendar for extracurricular activities of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science.
The quiz was held for the eighth consecutive year and for this period managed to gain prestige and popularity among students and teachers across Bulgaria. Traditionally it includes the most elite schools across the country. This year's quiz was attended by schools from 15 different towns in Bulgaria. For the first time the competitions were held in 9 regional centers - Ruse, Varna, Burgas, Haskovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Lovech, Vratsa, Kyustendil and Sofia. Students aged 16 to 18 years competed in four rounds: a test for knowledge of English language preparation and Power Point presentations for leading educational systems and institutions in the world; issues related to the future career of young people and knowledge for European youth mobility programs.
Winning teams from the regional competitions have earned the right to meet in the final in Sofia, which will air the national winner in the race, whose prize is a free English course in the UK, provided by the "Darby". On the final will be given many other awards for his contribution and achievements on behalf of partners the "Darby" - elite foreign language centers, colleges and universities.
